Who we are

What we collect, and why

This website has no forms and doesn't ask for your details. If you book online, the Bókun booking calendar collects what's needed for your booking (see below). If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, number and booking details, and use it only to reply and help with your booking or question.

We rely on your request (taking steps you've asked for) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell or share them, except with the services below that help us run the site.

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to help you.

Services we use

• Netlify hosts this website. Like any web host, it briefly records technical details such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• Bókun runs our online booking calendars. If you book, Bókun handles your booking details under its own privacy policy.
• Cloudinary delivers the videos on our homepage.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries any messages you send us there, under its own privacy policy.

Some of these companies are based outside the EU. Where your data leaves the EU, it's protected by the safeguards in their data processing terms.

Cookies

Our own pages don't set cookies or track you. The Bókun booking calendar may set cookies needed for booking when you use it. See our cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or object to how we use them. Just get in touch using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (opens in a new tab).
